Delivery arrangements and their costs will be priced separately and noted on your invoice. Items will be placed in an area as directed by the customer at the time of delivery. Delivery personnel cannot connect or disconnect appliances to utilities. Packing materials will remain at the home when delivered. Disconnect all appliances before the delivery day. We do not ship a product beyond our delivery area using an alternate method of transportation.
A price quotation is valid for 10 days from the quotation date. Your deposit of 30% of the total invoice will lock in the quoted price for 120 days. The balance will be payable in full when you schedule the appliances to be delivered. Payment methods include: cash, VISA, Discover, MasterCard or bank check.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inquire as to rebate availability and the filing and the serial number due dates. All rebates forms must be filed within the time frames specified. Each rebate will have it's own set of dates which must be complied with.
